once a day, three times a week, evening.- Wash hands before using hydragel intimate. Unscrew the single-dose tube’s cap. Spread evenly, preferably at night and before going to bed, the total contents (5 ml) of the tube on the external intimate area. Do not rinse.
We recommended using it for two-week periods with the following frequency: use hydragel intimate once a day during the first week. Use hydragel intimate every 72 hours during the second week.
