Shipping policy
Delivery is only available within the territory of Latvia and Estonia. If you want to receive the product outside the territory of Latvia, please contact our consultants by writing to mesoestetic International.
DELIVERY METHODS
The delivery method can be chosen in the shopping cart before placing an order. You cannot place an order without selecting a delivery method.
Omniva parcel machines in the Baltic States Courier service in the Baltic States (If you want to place an order with delivery to a non-Baltic state within the European Economic Area, the delivery fee will be calculated individually. We will contact you regarding the delivery costs.)
DYNASTY provides free delivery if:
- you pick up the item at our store on Brivibas Street 180, Riga
- the total purchase amount exceeds 30 EUR, in which case you have the option to receive the item at an OMNIVA parcel machine.
PAID DELIVERY
For purchases with a total amount not exceeding 30 EUR, a delivery fee of 3 EUR applies for parcel machine delivery and 5 EUR for courier delivery.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery period is indicated at the time of order placement.
Please note that this period is indicated from the moment the order is processed and the item is packed for shipment. The processing time for each item may vary, ranging from one working day to up to five weeks. If the processing time exceeds one week (5 working days), our consultant will contact you.
Deliveries are made only on working days from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM local time. When placing an order, please consider the available delivery times and provide an address where the order can be accepted within the delivery timeframe.
The delivery address must be provided in detail. Additional information, such as the staircase number and apartment number (if the delivery is to a multi-apartment building), is necessary to ensure timely delivery. If the delivery address is indicated incorrectly or incompletely, the specified delivery deadlines may be extended without prior notice, and you will be required to pay for the organization of a new delivery.
A precise phone number must be provided to reach the customer during the specified delivery times. Usually, the courier will contact the customer by phone before delivery to ensure that the customer is present at the specified address and able to receive the shipment. If the provided phone number is inaccurate or the customer cannot be reached at that number, the specified delivery deadlines may be extended without prior notice.
The courier has the right to request a personal identification document (passport, ID card, or driver's license) at the time of delivery to verify the recipient's identity and record the last 5 digits of that document's number.
The buyer must accept the goods independently. At the time of delivery, the buyer is obligated to inspect the goods for compliance and quality together with the courier, as well as sign the relevant documents related to the fulfillment of the respective order (waybill, delivery document). If the buyer finds that the delivered goods packaging is damaged (torn packaging label, damaged packaging, or other external damage), it must be indicated in the delivery document (Seller's copy) or, if the order is delivered to an OMNIVA parcel machine, immediately report such discrepancies by writing to us at mesoestetic@mesoestetic.lv so that we can contact you. Otherwise, it will be considered that the goods have been delivered properly and without damages.
